Emotions play a big role in our everyday lives - bigger than you might think. To manage them effectively, we need Emotional Assertiveness. Therefore, it's worth exploring this topic more deeply!
This post reflects on what I learned during the first day of Emotional Assertiveness training with Magda Tabac. It highlights my conclusions and perspectives on how they can influence your success.

Emotions are central to our daily lives, both personally and professionally. While the workplace often emphasizes rationality and efficiency, emotions are equally vital for a healthy and productive environment. We are the same individuals, whether working or enjoying our free time. Our ability to manage our own emotions—and then those of others—unlocks the full potential of working together.
Being emotionally assertive means expressing your feelings, thoughts, and needs openly and respectfully while also respecting the rights of others. It’s a balanced approach that combines self-confidence with empathy and consideration for others.
